Cancellation Policy
1. Reservation Requests All bookings made through this website are requests only. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee your reservation. A Captain Newport team member will contact you to confirm availability, finalize details, and collect payment. 2. Reservation Confirmation A reservation is considered confirmed only after: Captain Newport has contacted you, All charter details are verified, and Payment has been collected (deposit or full amount, depending on the charter). Until payment is received, the time/date remains open to other guests. 3. Payment Requirements Payment must be made over the phone or through an approved Captain Newport method. We do not accept payment through this website. Once payment is processed, you will receive a Booking Confirmation Email. 4. Hold Policy Captain Newport may place a temporary hold on a date/time while confirming details, but this hold is not guaranteed and may be removed if payment is not completed within the requested timeframe. 5.
